Dinosaur Train is a new hit animated television show that debuted on PBS on the 7th September 2009. It is a unique show that uses adorable dinosaurs to teach pre-schoolers the basics about dinosaurs and their prehistoric lands. In the short time that the series has been around, it already has millions of young fans across the world. With this new found Dinosaur craze, young viewers would like nothing more than for the episodes to last forever. We just discovered this show this holiday vacation and my son craves for Dinisaur Train. He loves both and what a neat idea to put them together. I as well see the learning behind it. We cant wait to buy this on DVD as he will only beable to see the show online due to being in daycare during the day.
My 2 year old almost 3 year old loves this show. He loves trains and dinosaurs! Perfect for a boy! I can’t wait to add this set to my dvd collection. As it would be watched many times!! I hope it comes available soon!
You can purchase season one on iTunes. It’s not a DVD, but it’s a start. It is priced reasonably, and you can play it on your computer, apple tv or ipod/iphone.
I can’t wait for the DVDs to come out. My 7 month old son will go up to the tv and just stare at it and watch it, it is soo cute. I watch it with him and find it very informative and interesting.
My 3 three boy loves this show and actually learns about the dinosaurs. He remembers their names and all the facts about them. Need the DVD ASAP!

I have a 16 month old and a 2 year 7 month old and they both walk around going Whoo, Whoo, All a board!! By not being able to purchse the DVD’s in series form you have created a problem – this seems to be more than a marketing problem. There are several products out there using a variation of your shows name for sales purposes. So if you don’t get on the ball I may have to go out to the shed and hall in my old tv with a video recorder on it and make my own copies. Don’t make me do that or better yet – give me the license and I will produce them for your company.
I hope this does make it to DVD. I bought it on iTunes and watch it during lunch and physics (freshman). I’d be overjoyed to see this on DVD.
My duaghter can’t get enough of this show. I am amazed to find how it captivates her attention. I can not wait untill this show becomes available on DVD. I find myself watching it along with her.

My 11 month old doesn’t watch much TV, but she is in love with the Dinosaur Train theme music and dances like crazy whenever it comes on. I always leave the show on too, as I think it’s pretty great. I hope she grows to enjoy more than the music.

Here in the US, the DVD is supposed to be released April 8. I sure hope it does. My little boy adores the show!

My twin daughters are totally intrigued with this show and it even tops their interest for Dora and Diego! Please hurry! My son is 2 years old and he loves the show. I drove around for about 2 hours the other day trying to find a Dinosaur Train stuffed animal, book or DVD. I couldn’t find anything and then I started reading today that there are no products out yet
. I even showed him other Dinosaur stuffed animals and he didn’t want any of them, so PLEASE PLEASE HURRY!
my little girl is 14 months old and because of the increasing daylight in alaska has been waking up earlier and earlier and has since discovered dinosaur train! she loves it and i enjoy watching it with her as well! her father and i cannot wait to get her a dvd of it for her!! besides word world this is her fav! please hurry!!
My 2 tear old son is absolutely in love with this show. I have yet to see it since I work full time, but as soon as I get the chance I will watch it. He walks around the house singing the song so I feel like I already know it. I have searched EVERYWHERE and find nothing. HURRY!! my 3 year old twins.. ask.. can we watch another one.. thank goodness for dvr.. but mine is filling up with Dinosaur train videos… my son sings the opening song and pauses for me to do the mom part.. and then his sister and he sing the song in the middle together..I love this show and hope that you make it compatiable with Thomas as my children already take their “dinosaurs” and ride them on Thomas.
Highly recommended: as a mom and as a science teacher! The fact the dinos are anatomically correct and are colored to look “friendly” I find inspired. As a teacher I like the “up to date” scientific theories and ideas Dr. Scott discuss with references to animals today.
I can not wait for the show to put out books, and reference materials. The lyrics to “I’m a T-Rex” and “I love trains” on the website would be appreciated!
A CD of the songs would make my toddler and my day. He wants me to sing the songs, if I can’t remember the lyrics he tells me to “try again mom”.
This is the best show yet! My kids (3yrs and 2yrs) love it and want to watch it everyday! They wake up and the first thing they ask is to watch the Dinosaur Train. It is fun, exciting, educational, all the good stuff. I NEED these DVD’s!!!

My two children just love the dinosaur train episodes, and I enjoy watching it with them. The education they receive is awesome, and the entertainment value is unprecedented. I just purchased a couple of DVD’s (forgot the names), and will pick up the rest soon…Please keep the DVDs coming!
The show…wonderful! The DVDs, great for the show segments. However, Dr. Scott is not present on the DVDs, so please not that before buying. We didn’t know and now wish we had.
